Right to refuse
RAFOIL may pause or refuse any request that is incomplete, incoherent, suspicious, unlawful, outside scope or inconsistent with responsible business conduct.
Sanctions and financial crime
Relevant parties, jurisdictions, routes and beneficiaries may require screening and specialist advice. RAFOIL does not provide a sanctions clearance, banking approval or legal guarantee.

A certificate, mandate, proof-of-product image, corporate record or financial document is not automatically authentic or sufficient. Direct verification may be required.
