Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about RAFOIL’s role and commercial process.

These answers explain the multi-commodity scope, buyer and supplier qualification, sourcing services, verification approach and limitations.

Is RAFOIL a commodity producer or owner?

No. RAFOIL is a commodity sourcing, commercial intelligence, business development and transaction-coordination company. A listed commodity does not imply owned stock, production or permanent availability.

Which commodity categories can RAFOIL review?

The developing scope includes petroleum and gas products, petrochemicals, iron and steel, metals and minerals, agricultural commodities, construction materials and other strategic commodities where credible demand and supply exist.

Does RAFOIL guarantee supply, price or transaction completion?

No. Availability, origin, price, terms, contract, payment, delivery and performance remain subject to verification, negotiation and the responsibility of the contracting parties.

What should a buyer provide?

A buyer should provide verifiable company and authority information, the product and full specification, quantity, destination, timing, preferred Incoterm, intended payment structure and current purchase readiness.

Who can register as a supply partner?

Producers, refineries, manufacturers, title holders, established traders, authorized distributors and verifiable mandates may submit a capability for review.

Does supplier registration guarantee buyer introductions?

No. Registration creates a reviewable capability record. An introduction depends on verification, relevant qualified demand, commercial fit and appropriate written terms.

How does counterparty verification work?

RAFOIL may support checks of legal existence, contact identity, authority, corporate information, reputation and compliance signals. This does not guarantee that a counterparty is risk-free.

Can RAFOIL arrange logistics?

RAFOIL may coordinate with independent shipping, storage, inspection, customs and logistics specialists. Those providers remain responsible for their own services.

Can RAFOIL represent a buyer or supplier?

Only when a valid, specific and verifiable mandate or commercial agreement defines the role, scope, territory, product and authority.

Can I upload proof of funds or identity documents?

Do not upload passports, bank credentials, full proof-of-funds files or confidential originals through a public form. RAFOIL must establish an approved secure diligence route before requesting sensitive documents.

What happens after a submission?

RAFOIL may request clarification, decline the opportunity, propose a scoped service, begin research or consider a controlled introduction. Submission does not create an engagement or guarantee a response.

Does RAFOIL provide legal, banking or financial advice?

No. Parties must obtain their own legal, tax, banking, regulatory, technical and sanctions advice from qualified professionals.
